Abstract: Aimed at the demand of drilling rigs for reduction of weight, ultra-high strength steel wire rope meets the need for rig rope used for ZJ90 and ZJ80. Compacted wire rope of EEIP grade, with new performance, is developed on the basis of the research on structure and functions of wire rope. As compared to ordinary drilling steel wire rope, this product is improved by more than 12 percent for its tested breaking force and 70 percent for its anti-fatigue function while its wear resistance is doubled. The steel wire rope is reduced in diameter but reaches the requirements of drilling rig. This is a major technological upgrading of drilling steel wire rope, laying a solid technical foundation for reduction of rig weight in China.

 

摘要: 超高强度钢丝绳以钻机轻型化需求为基础, 以ZJ90、ZJ80 钻机用绳为目标, 通过对钢丝绳结构和性能研 究, 开发出全新性能的EEIP 级压实股钻井钢丝绳。该产品与同规格普通钻井钢丝绳相比, 实测破断拉力提高12%以 上, 疲劳性能提高70%, 磨损性能提高1 倍, 在工作载荷和安全性能不变前提下适当减小钢丝绳直径, 同时减小了钻 井卷筒的尺寸和质量, 实现钻机轻型化, 超高强度钢丝绳开发为我国轻型化钻机的研制提供坚实的技术基础。
